Career and work
Lobo began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, where he worked in software and client management. He later joined Teach For India, teaching a class of 61 students in an underserved Mumbai community for two years. [6]
In 2011, he joined Leaders’ Quest and went on to lead its work in India, designing leadership programs and working with business leaders, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations internationally. [7][6]
In 2020, Lobo co-founded BecauseYOU, a mental-health social enterprise that develops group programs and workshops for individuals and organizations. He serves as its founder and CEO. [4][5][3]
