Indigo Triplett is an American entrepreneur and consultant who founded the human-resources firm Careers in Transition. The company appeared on the Inc. 500 list of fast-growing private companies in 2012 and 2013, and Triplett later expanded her consulting and leadership work internationally. [3][4][5]
Career and work
Triplett founded the human-resources consulting firm Careers in Transition in 1995 and incorporated it in 1997. The company worked with government agencies and private-sector organizations on workforce and organizational-development issues and was named to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States in both 2012 and 2013. [5][3]
She later founded Indigo Insights, a nonprofit focused on career development, education and support for women, veterans and disadvantaged individuals. Triplett has also written and spoken about leadership, workplace performance and mental health, including as an Inc. columnist. [5][2]
