Ochieng studied law at the University of Nairobi and passed the bar in 2015 after attending the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. [1][2]
His legal practice has focused particularly on divorce and employment law. Ochieng has described himself as an employment-law specialist who is also consulted by other lawyers on employment matters. [1]
