Wilder worked as a private chef in Los Angeles before opening Sweet by Holly in Orlando in 2008. She expanded the bakery to Jacksonville in 2011 and became the first three-time winner of Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. [3][2]
In 2013, she published Savory Bites: Meals You Can Make in Your Cupcake Pan. She later founded Battered Brilliance, a wellness platform that combines her background in food and creativity with mental-health education and support. [1][3]
